First, do each step of the terrain until you feel no more change from it.
Then move onto the next step.
After you finish the terrain, look up the golden rule of Rife in the Spooky2 videos. And choose the programs you want to run one at a time using the golden rule as your guide. I use GenX and run a cleansing program at the same time as a killing program. Use the online chat at Spooky2 central or Spooky2 Support. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
