1. Daily maintenance is a good one, running a detox daily is good as our environments are compromised. There are vitamin and mineral frequencies. A lot of you can go through the list and see that the possibilities are endless. I think it’s more about supporting our systems to be able to live our best lives rather than being addicted to the machine.
I stop after any condition has been resolved and let the body take over to do its thing. I do use the radionics attachment daily as an environmental broadcaster or intention amplifier though.
2. I have run programs 24/7 for years but I occasionally take a break and realize the symptoms are gone. I stop and work on something else. Seems like there is always something to work on especially in the golden years.
3. You can take a break when you need to, but it's not ion the least addictive.
