The guidelines for (non-spooky) ionic footbaths from a number of Doctors and Professional Practitioners are no more than twice a week with a three-day space in between and no more than 30 minutes max duration. Detox takes place over the next 1-3 days through your detox pathways and typically the heaviest metals are excreted on the third day.
