How quickly or delayed have you experienced a Herx Reaction?

I stopped doing Hunt and Kill for a period of about 2 months due to my complicated house move. When I settled down again, I started Hunt and Kill by contact overnight every night. But on the first morning of being back to the routine of overnight Hunt and Kill I was very nauseous. During those 2 months some of the pathogens had grown back and were being killed again by the Hunt and Kill, thus releasing toxins. Some processes you need to keep up as best as you can to keep the illness in check.
if it is immediately that is not a Herx reaction, more likely an allergic response to something. I use the term allergic response because the common thought is that you are allergic to the item, like something has always been wrong with the body and then you react in this way.
