What is the difference between a program, a preset and an empty preset chain?

Presets = settings + programs
Programs = only frequencies, no setting.
Empty shell setting presets = Only settings.

First, choose an empty shell setting for the device you will use, then add programs.
If you do not choose settings, it will attach what was last loaded or the last program you had pulled up in the control tab.
If it's remote-heal type settings and you are now doing contact, you will not have enough amplitude to penetrate the skin layer.
If you always use the same setting, it is fine.
But it’s better to practice to start in the Preset tab/Empty shell of your choice then go to programs.
