1. I think that would be good. When I'm not feeling well I'll take a break and run the Healing A or Herxeimer programs.
2. I don't have independent knowledge, so I have to refer to the Guide. On page 21 of the Guide, it says to use the protocol the first time, as written. Once it has been completed once, then can go back and choose to repeat specific presets that either caused significant trouble or showed great results. If I were running this, I would be running some of the healing Presets on Remote while running the Plasma sets. We each have to interpret the instructions to get the best benefit.
