I am trying to run the Detox/Terrain (R) protocol. I loaded Terrain and entered 4 in the preset but it has been going round and round the 6 frequencies in this Preset and hasn't moved onto the next preset in the chain. What am I doing wrong?

Each preset in the chain is designed to repeat for either 24 or 12 hours. There are 15 presets that span the 11 days. Note that the numbers that follow are for the day, but you would count them sequentially to identify what preset # corresponds to the line entry. I copied this directly out of the preset.

6.2 Remove Systemic Toxins 3
7. Parasites and Liver Function

9.2 Cleanse Blood
10.1 Kidney and Liver Toxins
10.2 Intestinal Parasites
11.1 Lymphatic System 1
11.2 Lymphatic System 2

Where you see 6.1 and 6.2, these are each 12 hours to make up a full day. The others are 24 hours, and the time to repeat before moving on is specified in the Run For x Hours parameter in the settings tab.

Since you indexed to 4, which happens to also be day 4, those frequencies will run in a repetitive loop until 24 hours have passed, then it will move to day 5.

At the end of the 11 days (15th preset) it will start over again. You will need to manually stop it when you are ready.
