When targeting a virus with a frequency should it be felt at the end of the program? Is there a latency between the program and the appearance of the first effects (how many?) Or is it random? For a cold, how many times after applying personal program?

As everybody is a little different it will vary from person to person. In the last year I have had several cold sores on the lips. If I run the HPV programs on the black remote as soon as possible after sensing a cold sore starting, I can stop it from becoming a full sized cold sore and it's gone within 2-3 days. I continue to run the HPV programs for a couple of days afterwards using the white Remote. About every 2-3 months I now run the HPV programs as a preventative maintenance measure.
