You can use the foot bath to receive frequencies but it does not work like the detox foot baths that pulls toxins out and changes the water color. The water change is from a chemical reaction from the metal supposedly anyway - on other foot bath machines. You can search "foot" in the search feature to get results where people have done this and enjoyed the receiving frequencies this way.
