Why does Spooky2 not recognize my new generators and new USB hub?

First things first.
You need to verify the hub and generators are recognized by the OS and the drivers are all loaded properly and powered up properly.

Once all of the hardware is recognized properly, start the software and check the "Global Settings" tab to verify generator connection.
