Yes you can run all 4 generators at the same time. However, there are some modes that you will want to keep to a single generator at a time.
Contact, only run on one generator.
Plasma, while you can drive more than one plasma bulb, it may be overkill.
Remote, all 4 in this mode is no issue.
Laser, you could run more than one laser at a time if you wish.
PEMF, you could also run more than one PEMF at a time if you wish.
Typically one will run one generator to drive contact, plasma, pemf, or laser, while the other 3 generators perform remote.
Also of note, when doing a biofeedback scan, stop all other generators during the scan.
