I am noticing some presets that are missing, that used to be in the last release, now I have downloaded and installed the latest software.

1. This suggests that something was locked so the installer not allowed to write the Preset files/folders correctly. Should restart the computer and install the software immediately after restart.

2.I always run as administrator when I install a new version over the older version and I never had a problem yet.
