Yes and No.
One has to know what the dwell setting is for the frequency, then if it doesn't change after that amount of time, it is stuck. Default dwell is 3 minutes, but dwell multiplier can be set to multiply this to something else.
Also, if the program control screen changes frequency but the generator doesn't - good indication the generator isn't functioning properly.
Errors being reported in the software screen or Errors tab.
