If there is a pathogen name in the Program name, it is to get rid of it, so Kill is always applicable here.
Otherwise, it is questionable, so either the "Healing" or the "OR" Preset would be applicable for these. A Healing Preset may be used with ANY program, even when definitely a Killing situation, as the frequencies do the majority of the work, but there are stronger / more violent waveforms, etc., in some of the Killing Presets.
