3. How to look up frequencies in the result of reverse lookup?

Please explain further "You might tick the Include Harmonics and Include Sub Harmonics checkbox before doing the reverse lookup."  What does that mean? Why "might" you do this? What does it provide...

3. If I want to make sure the programs I select only run for a maximum of 4 hours, where do I make the adjustments/change settings?

Maybe because I'm just new to all this- but this article did not provide clarity for me. I am still very confused about this 4 hour suggested limit for programs that are longer than 4 hours...
