Yes, you can run in Contact mode. Note that it will be more powerful. Thus, you may or may not react more than usual. It's not about rushing a process, as the body can only handle so much, especially if it is the first time. You may download and study the User Manual and better understand the Spooky2 software/hardware and what Rifing does to the body.
