Where should we place the TENS Pads for Spinal Pain?

You can place TENS Pads on the edge of the spine as I believe they don't want them on joints. When I did mine, I knew I put it above and below. Your whole body is receiving the frequencies regardless of where you are placing them.

For a herniated disc, just put one pad on each side. That way, the electricity travels between the pads and through the area to be treated.
