For an MW preset, can l reduce the amplitude down to 0.25V?

Yes, lower the Amplitude. If you don't use the Boost, that will cut the amplitude in half, as the Boost double the value in the Amplitude field.
You can set the value down to .01 V. But with the Boost, that becomes .02 V.
