10 Hz applied via PEMF has had good studies done showing an increase in nerve regeneration and tissue healing speeds along with pain management.
Otherwise you can apply 10 Hz via the PEMF coil connected direct to the generator.
Cold laser can also help increase healing rates to the surrounding tissue, but will not penetrate to the area in question and thus will be more indirect.
If you have both, I would apply them both -- alternating. Cold laser reaches maximum efficacy in about 30m per application, so constant application doesn't really afford much more gain.
