Is it recommended to run peptide programs if a tumor is gone but circulating cancer stem cells are still present?

1. Identify the Peptide Type: Is it for "Growth/Repair" or "Immune Modulation"? If it’s for growth (BPC, TB-500, GH secretagogues), the general consensus for cancer survivors is "Wait."
It’s a classic dilemma in the biohacking and integrative health world: you’ve cleared the "bulk" of the tumor (congrats on that win!), but now you’re playing a high-stakes game of hide-and-seek with Circulating Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs).

2. Hi, definitely go to the spooky2 forum or even contact spooky2 directly. John White comments on the forum frequently along with others - and they should point you in the right direction. You CAN run many peptides if you have cancer -- there are only some peptides that *MAY* cause issues if you have cancer and should only be run under supervision or avoided pending on the state of your cancer. These include TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, or GHK-Cu / GHK. The forum is a great place to make requests if you feel the need to run certain presets for various conditions that include these peptides and can be removed for you. You'll also find John's feedback regarding your concern. I hope this helps.

3. We cannot give medical advice. With that said we know some peptides are not to be used with cancer. Some peptides linked to angiogenesis or collagen growth (like TB-500 or GHK-Cu) to be avoided when cancer is present. These are just 2, so run healing & support only. YOU will need to do your own research as we cannot do it for you. IF IN DOUBT DO NOT USE PEPTIDES. You have plenty other cancer options in programs to work with.
