When creating a custom (CUST) program with many frequencies and setting a sweep time of 3600 seconds, why does the program only run for about 180 seconds instead of the full 3600 seconds?

When you click the Save program button, the Create Program comes up with the frequencies. You are correct, the dwells are all discarded and you get the default dwell. I suggest at this point, find the sweeps you care about and place a =3600 where you want it.
