How do frequencies for agents meant for topical application such as on the skin, in the eyes, ears, or nose, affect the rest of the body? Is the whole body treated when only specific areas need targeting?

Yes, each cell would get hit via remote and Plasma, while cells in the stream of current would receive it via Contact. Of course, depending on where something is applied on the skin, it will seep through to some degree and expose at least parts of the body to the substance.
