What is the best program for bad insomnia?

1.DH Experimentals number 0011 works for me.

 

2.Daily wellness or sleep induction presets.

 

3.Diazepam on the MW database. Run that for 30 - 120 minutes before bed on contact. Really powerful stuff.

 

4.I use the sleep induction plus melatonin. I also go through the DH experimental frequencies and see what resonates with me in there. I don’t have insomnia but do have pain. I’ve read past posts that multiple detoxing helped some with this. Everyone is so different it’s hard to pin it down.
