No, you don’t become resistant but if you no longer need them, you will gain no additional benefits.
If you run the same frequency a lot, you can get “burnout” and need a break from that frequency. But just switch it up, and take a break for a day here and there. Go with how you feel. Your body will tell you. That’s my experience.
