Would I have stronger effects from running programs NOT on right wrist and left ankle but more of where the problem is located?

What I usually do is after I do a BFB across the area where I am experiencing discomfort. I run the killing with the tens pad in the same position. I too have seen that the effects seem to be faster when done that way as opposed to switching to hand cylinders. But be wary of where not to place the tens pads. As long as it is not close to the heart or above your shoulder or on the front of your body, I believe you can do that. Well, I do it for my back pain and it takes care of it almost immediately.
