What should I do if my generator does NOT reset and the frequency data cannot be cleared?

I would reset all defaults in software by going to “File” in the very top menu and then choose “Restore System Defaults”, and choose “Restore Settings Defaults”, and choose “Restore Biofeedback Defaults”. This puts everything back to normal.
I would also reinstall your drivers by going to "Utils” in the very top menu, and then choose Install XM Driver AND install GX Driver.
I would then shutdown software, turn off Gens, unplug all Gen USB connections to the computer, restart your computer, plug the gens into DIFFERENT USB ports than they were (mix them up), then switch everything back on - computer, gens, software. Then do the "Rescan Devices" in the "Utils" menu of Spooky, as Prana suggested.
That should fix most issues. If not, go to the Errors Tab and copy the errors, as Support may need them.
