You can potentially use the PEMF coil to charge a glass of water with the frequencies you need. There is a video on www.spooky2videos.com. Please look it up.
You just use MW frequencies use the coil preset and set the glass of water on top of it if I remember correctly.
There are some precautions like use glass instead of metal or plastic. But don’t remember everything and using distilled water, to begin with.

The question 'how much should I consume per day' is not answered in the video (only one, PEMF coil, no cold laser by the way). Can you answer that? I think more people will like to know :)
