Remote is usually not a short-term fix, especially when you're dealing with a virus.
The author of this preset, Luiz Willhelm, states in the side notes that he was feeling 100% better after running it for 24 hours, but goes on to say it's designed to loop until you stop it. In other words, it's a very personal experience, and like most Spooky2 usage you need to monitor yourself and take full charge of your decisions ... albeit with any input you need from those of us who've been using it for a while.
It's been our experience that remote requires a much longer-term commitment than 24 hours. The EB virus is virulent and persistent, so it may require many months of 24/7 operation, along with a detox preset.
Of course, you should always pause if the herx becomes too uncomfortable.
