The settings that are necessary to run all the different hardware types are saved with the Offline mode, but there are many settings that are not saved. What are saved is the Out 1 frequency, amplitude, offset, Out 1 waveform, dwell, duty, and gating frequency. The Out 2 is automatically set to Inverse + Sync, discarding any other choices you may have set.
The following are not supported in offline mode: phase, wobble, schedule, ramping, output shadowing, out 2 parameters.
