1. Make the change to the amplitude and save the preset. Then reload it. You will have to change all the presets in the terrain chain for all the modes you are using... remote, contact, etc.
2. It’s not about avoiding the herx response. That just tells you where you need the most help. You can pause at any time if it becomes too much. Attach remote to Colloidal Silver port which is the lower power. There is also a non-violent terrain protocol detox if needed. Not sure who Stegmann is but there are plenty of options.
