1. I use some anxiety and inflammation programs.
2. If you search in programs, I believe there is one called “calm”. In the description, it said that it calms the central nervous system. I believe I did a search for “mood” and it came up. There is also a “mind, body balance” there too. Also, can look into adrenal and do an adrenal balance since it sounds like you’re in fight or flight. I’m new to this too, but this is what I’ve found so far. I agree with doing biofeedback to find out the root cause.
3. Try CBD settings or cannabidiol.
