1. Yes, there is at least one "radiation burn" program, also programs for burns maybe, there are different things for chemotherapy, and for the computer try "EMF", "electrical sensitive reduce" and detox metals that make your body more sensitive.
2. Radiation burns and Radiation detox are both in the Programs tab. You would use a Healing shell preset with these.
