1.If really depends if you can handle the frequencies or not, depending on your sensitivity.

2. Another way can play with low-frequency contact is to use the BFBTool, with the input of your Contact preset (in the example below, My Preset(C)), and build a preset (see the example below). The resulting Contact preset "BFB Gen2 (C)" in the User folder will have a dynamic carrier frequency on Out 2 for your programs. This will get deeper cellular penetration of your low frequencies.
