1. Put the tens on your hands... look at inflammation, acute pain, arthritis, muscles to relax, and look up joints as well in the search bar
2. You can try cold laser
3. Run a biofeedback scan to see what your body may currently need. After that, you can run that scan with things like inflammation to start seeing if that helps.
