1. I am running Cold Sores CALF and running it every 6 hours. It's better but hanging on! - Cold laser worked really well for a cold sore. I had one for 2 days and it was getting BIG! I started with remote and used oregano oil topically but it was getting bigger. At the end of the second day, I used cold laser, cold sore 5 (XTRA) for 12 minutes. Ran it twice, 8 hours apart and it's gone!
2. Yes I run cold sore frequencies and valacyclovir.
3. Yes! I was getting one but we were going on vacation so I was frantic to not have it. I remotely ran the cold sore programs and it went from the first day of tingling to the end. Skipped the ugly middle.
4. I use the audios in rifetherapies.com. Use Herpes 1. They work for me and I don't to interrupt my programs on my 2 remotes. They are 20 minutes long and I listen 3-4 times a day.
5. Yes! My daughter gets them. They are ugly and painful and make her miserable. From first tingle they used to last for around 14 days. Now when she feels the tingle I immediately run all the cold sore/herpes simplex frequencies for her. I do it on remote in a killing shell. At first I used a healing shell and although that worked, the killing shell worked faster. The result is that is goes from the tingle to the end in a few days and totally misses the big nasty fat blister and bleeding that used to come with it. By about day 3 she is thinking it's like the old day 12/13. We have only ever used remote.
6. I run the cold laser and run herpes simplex 1 programs and put the laser right in the sore. I run it for at least half an hour. I do it once a day for 2 to 3 days and it is gone.
7. I have chronic herpes for years with mouth sores,headaches and fatigue. I tried to eliminate herpes running on GX remote all the single programs each 24 hrs. Than I combine them in presets and run them few days and had mixed result.Than I found under Ready presets: miscellaneous and I run HUman Herpes 1 for 7 days with a good result on me and my friend.Her mouth sore healed completely after 3 days. My initial blisters subsided within 2 hours and not progressing. I will work on it more , very motivated to get rid off it.
8. What really helped me stop Canker sores I know its different from Cold sores but it may help, Stop using anything that has induction like the stoves nowadays dont ever use microwaves, humidifiers and cut milk.

Whenever I feel a cold sore coming on, I run the Herpes 1 program in Remote mode. I use a Shell (empty) preset and the Universal Square H-Bomb setting, as it is suitable for either killing or healing. I run it all night while I sleep and throughout the day until I feel things subsiding. However, I also take 1,000 mg. of L-Lysine every 24 hours and apply a lysine ointment to the affected area. This is a knock-out punch for a nasty cold sore! Gone in 2-3 days.
