1. I believe if you put in the preset for your condition and load up your generator and before starting it look at the program towards the top and it should tell you how long it will take. If you don't have time for the treatment then unload the programs from the generator and start over.
2. I would have it touching the area of concern. I would run it for 2-3 hours per day depending on if you herx or not. If you herx, you need to go slower than that. I would also switch up the freq and not run them the same for more than a few days at a time, alternate them.
