Are there any suggestions for flu with heavy cough?

1. Hi all! Just sharing some news: my flat mate had a bad 2-week long seasonal flu & was in bed for most of it. I then got it, but I put myself on various cold/flu/immune/throat chakra programs & I was only half as bad & didn’t need to be in bed with only a sore throat & for just 2 days! 2.  my daughter got the flu (sore throat, vomiting, followed by a cold/runny nose the day after Thanksgiving. I started running cold and flu for her, my husband, and me, on one remote, immune stimulation on another, and liver, lymph, and kidney support on another. Instead of the 7 days that I was told this virus would run, my daughter is 99% after only 3 days. I started getting a sore throat (white pustules on throat) and feeling nausea off and on Saturday, but it went away, yesterday I felt fine. Still running those 3 programs remotely, probably for another couple days to be safe. Spooky is a Godsend for us!
