Can "healing" preset kill pathogens? Or is it just much less effective?

1. Not much less but yes. it'd be less effective. I have looked at the settings for healing versus killing and the difference does not appear significant. This was for the remote mode. IMO, the effectiveness and action lie with the frequencies. There are groups studying the effects of waveforms for killing versus healing. Spooky2 has the ability to generate all sorts of waveforms just by selecting various components that will be blended together. The squarewave is still the default choice.

2. It all depends on the strength of the bug and our body's ability to tackle it - so not necessarily less effective.

3. Sometimes our body is weak and can not handle kill settings. Most people can.
Some want a more gentle way to kill. Perhaps they have jobs and must keep going.
So, whether one chooses to heal settings knowing it will also kill or choose kill settings depends on many factors.

4. The waveform can and is less harmful on the kidneys. If in doubt use healing preset.
