1. If it is HSP (sleep paralysis) it might benefit from some of the narcolepsy programs.
2. You may look into 'Emotion' and 'PTSD' programs.
3. B1 deficiencies can cause nightmares as well. Maybe have some B1 with vitamin C and B complex.
4. Kidney distress can also cause nightmares. Perhaps some kidney normalization frequencies.
