1. I'd do a Tens pad scan of the gut, run it for 4 days, do another scan, run it for 4 days, etc. The gut is where it is all at. Also, feed the bacteria with sauerkraut, kombucha, kimchi, inulin (a supplement), and take some bacillus.
2. As a regular rifer I take a probiotic supplement as well as trying to maintain or increase my general plant-based fiber intake. The fiber is what probiotic bacteria eat, so to give the good guys their food and some people say that animal products in the diet feed the bad guys so maybe more plant-based foods would also be beneficial. As far as frequency sets, off the top of my head, I cant help there. You could, however, focus on the healing of the gut lining and reduction in inflammation somehow and that might help create a more easy environment for the goodness to thrive. I could hypothesize that some anti-constipation sets help to reduce the bad guys so that the good guys could take hold more easily.
3. Bowel nosodes in homeopathy.
