What can I do if I can’t get out2 to run any frequencies?

Perhaps your GX needs to be rebooted. It doesn’t seem to know the port number of G2. Stop the programs on G1 and G2, power down the GX, the power on, then click "Rescan Devices" in the Utils menu.
