Are there any suggestions for diphtheria toxin?

1. If you have the new X generator I would do blood sample on the digitizer and run those frequencies for 2 or 3 days and then run blood sample again. This should find the faulty frequencies you need to eliminate.

2. The MW program "Uptake and function the diphtheria toxin" is supposed to be the chemical process of the diphtheria toxin. But in fact, it looks like 2 of the chemicals involved in this process are beneficial, the NAD+ and the nicotinamide. So perhaps this is why you are seeing a benefit. The 3rd element, hydron, is a positive hydrogen ion, or proton, and this is probably not a good element, as this would steal electrons (rather than donate them), creating a dehydration (removal of negative hydrogen ions). So you might be seeing some benefit, and if this is working for you, then continue as long as you are seeing benefit.

I suggest not using the MW program called "diphtheria toxin". This is the molecular weight of the real toxin.

This program uses the molecular weight of the toxin to recreate its frequency.
Of course, I need to ask, have you done the following:
1)Run Terrain protocol
2)Done biofeedback and run scan results
3)Do some detox maintenance or other detox while you are killing diphtheria bacteria.
You might consider using the BFBTool to create a custom protocol for diphtheria. This takes up to 2 biofeedback scan, a custom targeted preset (in this case the targeted preset would contain diphtheria programs), and perhaps check the Detox option to create a set of presets for Remote, Contact, Plasma, Scalar, Laser, & Coil.
