1. I suggest starting with the Terrain protocol, and after you finish that, do the Morgellons and Lyme protocol.
The Morgellons and Lyme protocol is in the Presets tab, under >Morgellons and Lyme, >Morgellons and Lyme v3.0, "GUIDE M&L - Click Me.pdf". This protocol requires 2 or more XMs (or 1 GX), plus you need biofeedback.
Also, check out the LymeTool, that automates the incorporation of your biofeedback results into the M&L v3.0 protocol.

2. I would run the full Lyme and Morgellons protocol (it includes strep as a target). Additionally, any programs targeting neuro inflammation would be beneficial, as that is the ultimate reason for the behavior - the toxins and attacks from Invaders lead to inflammation, you can tell this by seeing if your child has large/dilated pupils - and also, if Advil or other anti-inflammatory medication improves symptoms, this is further evidence that inflammation is a key target. Detox support is always helpful, as is heavy metal detoxes, both which are included in the Lyme protocol.
