1. Get the Flash. I had a similar situation and cleared it right up. You can also try blood cleanser with cold laser.
2. Do a scan with pads on both sides of the open wound and run that scan. Also maybe the antibiotics protocol, blood cleaning and immune boost.
3. I personally would give these programs a try on a Healing shell.
