1. There is plenty of Candida programs available you may try. Just load up a Shell (Empty) Preset and choose Contact.
Try the 'Universal Square H-Bomb', click on that. Go to the Programs tab and type in Candida (choose whichever programs you like) go to Control tab and click on the appropriate Generator's port that has your TENS connections (place TENS pads over your abdomen and apply it to your skin) click the 'overwrite generator' box and then the Start button.
How long it takes is up to you and how your body responds. I try to do it in sessions of 30 minutes to 1 hour but there is no magic formula for it as everybody is different and everyone's response will be different too.
2. No one will be able to tell you exactly what path you will have to take or how long it will take to get through.
If you do enough research about Candida, you will find that the body can allow Candida to grow to sequester heavy metals. As such, you may need to do an extended heavy metals detox but may need to do it very small amounts at a time to control symptoms, etc.
Once you get the metal out, the body may control the Candida without any help.
