For a start, you may like to run the "Healing and Regeneration" preset. If you have plasma, place it on the sole of your foot (and do it in stages if you don't have eight hours to spare). I love this preset! Otherwise, you can run it on remote, but it will take much longer to work. It's a factory preset, so you simply select it and move directly to the Control tab to run.
PLASMA version: Presets \ Heal \ Healing and Regeneration (P)
REMOTE version: Presets \ Miscellaneous \ Remote \ Healing and Regeneration (R)
