Have you checked your Errors tab? If it shows that the generators are not recognized then the best thing to do initially is turn off gens, shut down, disconnect your USB cables at both ends, then reconnect them, then boot up again. Sometimes that will work if it's just a port issue. Alternatively, if it doesn't, swap your USB cables around to see if they are all working.
