Are there any suggestions for Hashimoto's hypothyroidism?

1. I have Lupus SLE, Sjogren's, Fibromyalgia, and Raynauds.
I am having good results using Spooky2 GX, and 2 XM generators along with an AIP diet to eliminate inflammation. I've been able to cut my ANA levels. In half with no meds. I can't live without my Spooky2 systems.

2. Searching the program database for Hashimoto's, 6 programs come up, 5 for hypothyroid and 1 for thyroiditis.

4. I have Hashimoto’s and Sjogren's. People with it have it to varying degrees. Anthony Williams, author of Medical Medium, says autoimmune disease is really one of 66 Epstein Barr viruses. When I try to run EBV programs, I have the worst time of it. I can't run them for long. I have made along program that focuses on restoring my body at the cellular level and I have found the most success running it. I have a generator dedicated just to this program.
