1. I am not sure if anyone can say for sure. The cold laser mainly works though the frequency of the light, so maybe you could think about contact, PEMF or plasma being a more direct method. I am not sure.
2. The laser is not a frequency. It’s a carrier wave. We imprint lasers all the time to deliver homeopathic imprints to our more sensitive clients. The spooky generator is running frequencies similar to the plasma tube for the laser. I think you would have very good results running it. But with any of these things you just need to try it and see which method your body responds to.
