You can do a GX scan every two or three days to find the frequencies your body needs, and if you have Spooky2 plasma, run the frequencies using plasma. If not, then contact treatment once a day, and the rest of the time put the frequencies on Remote treatment. Please make sure you are also running detoxing and organ support frequencies from another generator and remote while you do killing frequencies. Drinking a lot of water every day is also very important.
